Do you agree with the tx plan.

Pt has a convex profile with retruded mandible. Her lower lip however looks very full. Hyperactive mentalis but pt reports nasal breathing and tonsils+adenoids seems clear on ceph(potentially bc of retruded mandible mentalis is active?) Vertical grower and pt is 16 years old Tx plan to use: carrier appliance 4-6 months full upper and lower brackets.
