Brock Rondeau is a Diplomate of the International Board of Orthodontics, a Diplomate of the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine and a Diplomate of the American Academy of Craniofacial Pain. He has an extremely busy practice limited to the treatment of patients with orthodontic, snoring and sleep apnea and TMD problems. Over 23,000 dentists have attended his courses and study clubs internationally. His Level I and Level II orthodontic, TMD and Sleep courses also available online. His new book on Early Orthodontics for Children is an excellent resource for staff and patients.

Lee Larstone

Manager

Lee Larstone has been the Manager of Rondeau Seminars for the past 22 years. She is a graduate of the Music Industry Arts – Recorded Music Production program at Fanshawe College (1997) and a member of the International Association for Orthodontics.

Prior to joining Rondeau Seminars in 2007, Lee worked with Applicant Testing Services, evaluating police candidates, and collaborated with the Ontario Government on testing regulations within the police force. Her diverse background has provided her with a wealth of knowledge, which she applies to her current role.

At Rondeau Seminars, Lee has been instrumental in the development and implementation of the online Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring international accessibility for course participants. She oversees course production and editing, keeping educational materials up to date with the latest advancements in Orthodontics, TMD, snoring and sleep apnea, Clear Aligners, and Myofunctional Therapy.

With over 1,200 hours of continuing education in Orthodontics, TMD, and Sleep Disorders, Lee is deeply committed to professional development. She also teaches digital photography to course participants and serves as the editor of all course manuals, ensuring they remain current with the latest industry advancements.

Lee is passionate about designing high-quality course curriculums that enhance the dental profession. She continues to expand her expertise by learning from Brock Rondeau, Rondeau Seminars instructors, and esteemed dental professionals, maintaining the highest standards in continuing education for Rondeau Seminars participants.

Dr. Jerry Gildner

Dr. Jerry Gildner, DDS

Instructor: Level I in Canada and USA
25+ years of experience in Orthodontics

Dr. Gildner is a general dentist who has been treating patients with functional orthodontics for over 25 years. He is a former clinical instructor at Marquette University School of Dentistry. Today, Dr. Gildner’s practice is focused on airwaycentric, face forward orthodontics, developing arches and improving airways on pediatric patients.

Dr. Mike Lowry, DDS

Case Finishing and Mechanics Instructor

Dr. Lowry had been in practice for over 30 years and has been involved in orthodontics since taking his first course with Dr. Rondeau in 1987. Over the time since then, he has studied with Rondeau Seminars, United States Dental Institute, various instructors teaching TMD and facial pain, a facial beauty institute, and the IAO (International Association for Orthodontics) in an instructors institute and a ground breaking pediatric OSA program. He currently holds the designation of Master Senior Instructor with the IAO and served as president of the IAO and was on the executive committee for 5 years. He was recently a member of the International Board of Orthodontics which is responsible to design and administer the requirements for members to achieve the level of diplomate in the International Association for Orthodontics. He is currently serving as the education chair for the IAO and the President of the IAO Western Canada Chapter. He has achieved the level of Diplomate in the IAO tier advancement program and serves as an examiner for students involved in undertaking that process. He is also a reviewer of articles for the peer reviewed IAO journal. Dr. Lowry has published 3 articles included in the journal over the years. Dr. Lowry has taught for Dr. Rondeau the 4 session Level 1 Orthodontic program in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto and Edmonton along with the Case Finishing and Mechanics program. He is the mentor for multiple study clubs in Alberta and Vancouver. His has been presenting at conferences in several locations including India, Philippines, Poland, Puerto Rico, Washington DC, Las Vegas, Milwaukee, Austin, Scotsdale, and Newark, to name a few. Dr. Lowry is a very passionate instructor and thoroughly enjoys speaking to dental professionals in orthodontics, TMD and Sleep related breathing disorders.

Dr. Ron DiRezze, DDS

Fellow American Academy of Clear Aligners

Dr. Ron DiRezze is a general dentist in his 22nd year of private practice. He practices in a fast paced, busy office incorporating the latest in technology while still adhering to proven textbook theory. He is on the Board of Directors for the American Academy of Clear Aligners and a lecturer for Rondeau Seminars.

Dr. DiRezze has attained Fellowship status in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI), the American Academy of Clear Aligners (AACA), and the Pierre Fauchard Academy.

Correcting malocclusions prior to restorative dentistry is a cornerstone of a general dental practice and a pillar of oral health. Malocclusions cause perio problems, recession, bone loss, abfractions, fractured teeth, excessive muscle contractions causing pain and TMD.

Alicia Lewis

Instructor: Myofunctional Therapy in Orthodontics

Alicia Lewis is a dental hygienist in London, Ontario, with over 25 years of experience in the field. Founder of Paradigm Dental Therapy, a professional dental hygiene clinic that specializes in innovative oral care. Started in December 2021 Alicia decided to change the delivery and experience of dental hygiene for patients. She provides education on the systemic links between oral care and your general health.

Alicia Lewis brings a wealth of experience to the dental profession. Chairside assisting with specialists such as a prosthodontist, a pedodontist, an orthodontist, an oral maxillofacial surgeon and continuing to work with a periodontist, has given her exposure to various dental treatments and procedures. She has gained experience within a Dental Laboratory, TMJ simulation, hygiene, and treatment coordination positions, as well as an instructor in the dental assisting program at a community college for over 15 years.

Alicia Lewis has always been interested in furthering her knowledge and staying current in the latest advances in technology and materials. Over the last year, she has developed a strong passion for orofacial myology – specifically, how atypical patterns of oral facial muscles can impact the growth, development, and function of teeth and jaws. Alicia Lewis is the newest Instructor for Rondeau Seminars.
