Mesially Impacted #47

A 16-year-old girl has her #47 mesially impacted. I am thinking of a de-impaction spring but didn't get a good result. I am currently thinking of bracketing 45, 46, and 47, place a TAD between 45 and 46 and push 47 distally. Not sure if this will cause mesial titlted 47?? Thank you!
