About the Mini Residency
Dr. Bennett and Dr. Patel have been offering this very successful course for the last 5 years in the U.S. This course is now being offered for the first time in Canada and is open to Canadian and U.S. dentists (fee is in Canadian funds).
To be successful in setting up a Craniofacial-TMD-Sleep practice, practitioners must have a thorough knowledge of the subject.
