Build A Successful Orthodontic Practice With Well Trained Staff
Rondeau Seminars is pleased to announce a hands-on orthodontic staff training seminar designed for hygienists, assistants, receptionists and treatment coordinators. Each program is packed with information every office needs to face the challenges of incorporating orthodontics into the general practice.
This program is designed exclusively for dental auxiliaries. This is a 2 session, 4 day course that will run concurrently with sessions 3 and 4 of the Level I – Orthodontics for General Practitioners course in the same cities as Level I if sufficient registrations are made.
Why Hygienists, Assistants & Dental Office Staff Should Be Trained?
It takes more resources to attract new patients than it does to keep existing patients in your office. Now that you have decided to incorporate orthodontics into your general practice, it is vital to share the knowledge with your staff.
What’s Included?
What are the Course Objectives?
Upon completion of this course, staff members will feel comfortable and confident in working in an orthodontic practice. Staff members in an orthodontic practice play an important role in not only educating parents and children to want to have orthodontic treatment, but also save the dentist considerable time when taking records or treating patients.
Educated and motivated assistants, hygienists and receptionists will increase office production and positively affect patient care. Learn as a team how to build a more successful practice.
This course will cover vital topics to complement the orthodontic education dentists have received. The same system of records, functional appliances and straight wire systems that Dr. Rondeau teaches dentists will be discussed in this course.
