COURSE OBJECTIVES
Upon completion of this comprehensive 9 day 3 session course, you will be able to diagnose & treat TM Dysfunction.
According to the American Dental Association, “Dentists have the prime responsibility to diagnose and to treat, to the best of their ability, patients with TM joint problems.” This course will give you an opportunity to learn how to help your patients who are suffering from TM dysfunction. Most dentists were not taught in dental school to either diagnose or treat patients with TM dysfunction.

DR. OLMOS TREATMENT PHILOSOPHY
Dr. Olmos’ treatment philosophy is to diagnose and treat TM dysfunction problems first before any dental treatment, except for emergency treatment, is initiated. He believes in achieving a stable joint relationship before any orthodontic, prosthodontic or restorative work is initiated for the patient. According to Dr. Olmos, this is the new minimal standard of care for the treatment of our dental patients. Visit Dr. Olmos’ website for his patients at www.tmjtherapycentre.net
